Thank you for your friendship
Thank you for your friendship
Stephen, our friend forever.
The owner and webmaster of PetGroomer.com has passed away. We lost and will never forget what a wonderful person, and wonderful friend he is and was.
Stephen, you are missed.
Stephen passed last April 2023, I took it upon myself to keep everything I could up and running. The website and most of it services. Stephen already had taken down ability to list new items or post new posts, and he made it so no one could add this option later. Things like the magazine, blog services provided via the website, listings that had been paid for, stayed up past there expiration date, all the information and all the available resources this website has provided for 20 plus years; including free information that was provided. I have kept these up for over a year. All services will be cancelled on September 1, 2024.
Unfortunately, Stephen was in the process of closing down PetGroomer.com after he lost his brother a few months prior to his own passing.
I have considered the prospect of continuing the business, but Stephen had already removed proprietary elements of the website which has made it difficult to continue normal website operations.
I am still in the process of gathering all the business information for legal reasons and making copies of everything. I feel I need to continue closing down the business/website as a part Stephen's wishes. He didn't explicitly say I could continue, and he did say he wanted to close the business down.
This has been an extremely difficult time for all of us. We lost a wonderful friend and business partner. Having known Stephen and his family for 20 plus years. Maddie past several years ago, Clinton (Stephen's brother) passed 4 months before Stephen, which hit Stephen very hard as I'm sure is the same for most of you.
Stephen was an extremely honest, sincere, compassionate, understanding, caring, smart, highly intelligent, outside the box human being. He cared for so many things; the planet we live on, how we need to give back what has been given, that has allowed us to live the life we've been fortunate to have experienced. He was open minded, hardworking, extremely detailed, and truly didn't have a mean way about him, ever. In knowing him, I cannot remember once, where he was negative or angry, or pissed off at anyone. He gave people the room to grow, to learn, to understand their life without making anyone feel inferior. You could talk to him about anything, and he would listen.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
